3. Cell Leaders Training (CLT) is a
leadership equipping program developed
for mature disciples to shepherd, lead,
mentor and manage cell groups.
PRE-REQUISITE
Active Spiritual Parents recommended
by Cell Leaders and all existing Cell
Leaders who need a refresher or have
not completed CLT.

5. The training will equip mentors to use
the Prepare Enrich (PE) couples’ report
in tandem with our Chicken and Fish
Mentoring workbook, co-authored by
one of our PMC trainers, to mentor
newly married couples.
As part of your training, you will need
to do the online PE inventory at a
personal cost of US$35 per couple. Upon
completion of your inventory, a couple
report will be generated for you which
will be used during your training.
