Being acknowledged for my creativity.
Making a positive impact in other’s lives.
Being in control of my
ultimate destiny.
9. Creativity
Each day my job
challenges me to
provide solutions
to business
challenges. To do
this I need the
support of several
other people.
10. Positive impact
Knowing your creativity matters to other people is
important.
Working with intelligent people, either coworkers or
students, is the most rewarding aspect of being in the tech
industry.
Being able to collaborate to solve a problem and witnessing
the satisfaction others get from being successful is my
greatest reward.
11. Control
Living life on your terms is a very powerful prospect.
Having the choice to do what you want, when you want, in
your own time is the ultimate freedom.
This aspect of a job is called “career capital”. The more
“career capital” you have the more control you will have in
your daily life.
“Career capital” is earned through focus, collaboration and
hard work.
