• Introduction to Microbiology Laboratory-
This course involved a semester long research project investigating the microbiome of a soil
sample through use of metagenomic techniques and bioinformatic analysis.
• Microbial Genetic Engineering Laboratory-
This course involved a semester long research project investigating a protein-protein interaction
of a transcriptional activator complex in the model organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae through
site-directed mutagenesis.
