Please accept this letter as my personal recommendation for Jonathan Fitzer. Over the past year,
Jonathan has worked closely with many aspects of the Expressway Authority's operations. I am impressed
with his work ethic and his ability to carry out assignments while carrying an engineering course load at
the University of South Florida.
Working under the supervision of the Expressway Authority's management staff, Jonathan and another
intern were responsible for auditing and analyzing the toll collection processes, resulting in the
identification of areas for improvement. He has reviewed plans for the expressway system, taken field
measurements, attended communicat¡ons training, and audited both electronic and human processes.
Jonathan has worked effectively and efficiently with every department in the Authority. Jonathan has
convinced me that he understands how all parts of an organization must work together. He has my
recommendation, because he will truly be an asset to his next employer.
