office hours, credentials + expertise, etc.

• “Get Tested” screen is personalized checklist with clear targeted time frame, links to info
pages, and possibly “In App” Rewards (such as apple icons or free services)
• “How To Stay Healthy On the Go” is source of wellness information and tips
• Try to nudge behavior change with rewards or incentives
• We make healthcare a team sport with emphasis on collaboration, sharing + communication
