1. PREFACE
The 20th
and 21st
centuries have fundamentally changed the entire human life due to scientific and
technical progress. For the first time in history, humankind found itself in the informational ocean.
From the viewpoint of astrophysicists, the earth is evolving into a ‘radio star’; the shining of the earth
in radio‐frequency range is believed to be brighter than solar radiation.
Electromagnetic development of our planet leads to a dead‐end process, turning it into a high‐
frequency electric oven.
Parallel to this, our planet is ‘bombed’ with genetics, which creates genetically modified food and
organisms; nanotechnologies which create engineering constructions on nano‐level; plasma
technologies, chronal and many other technologies.
The majority of developments are classified and secret, and people do not know about them.
One of the greatest challenges of our time is that if the possibilities of science and technical
development are not disclosed and explained to people soon, and if the people do not receive the
knowledge of the modern reality they need, humankind will lose the ability to perceive them.
Apart from the psychological problem, there is also the problem of the lack of protective properties
of the human body, against the negative influence and impact of the aggressive artificial information
environment.
Human experiments are being conducted globally, and people know nothing about it.
2. THE THIRD QUATUM REVOLUTION
At the present day, the Third quantum revolution is taking place. Humankind is in a state where
revolutionary, evolutionary, involution and convergence processes are taking place in our lives
simultaneously.
Our planet is giving birth to the New Human. The birth of the five types of indigo children is taking
place.
Artificial intelligent technical substances – cyborgs – are being created. Genetically mutated, Nano‐
technological individuals of a new kind and quality. Since the 90s formation of human copies in 3D
bioprinters has been taken place.

4. Artificial life forms are being created. Subtle matter devices and beings with artificial intellect are
being created. Creation and control of global artificial substances, such as Internet, is taking place.
Technical means are rapidly changing and transforming.
3. INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM DEDICATED TO THE UNCONSCIOUSNESS CEREBRATION IN TBILISI.
In 1979, at the International Symposium in Tbilisi that was dedicated to the unconscious cerebration,
the notion “unconscious” was officially divided into two functions: the subconscious and
superconscious, for the first time in international practice.
The symposium was conducted under the guidance of the leading secret services of the world.
Finally, the trinity was found in the human being: consciousness, sub‐consciousness and super‐
consciousness. Thirty‐five years have passed, but still many people do not have any definite
information about the super‐conscious functions. At the same time, many developed countries have
already adopted laws prohibiting the use of psychotronic technologies aimed to influence human
consciousness through advertisement and other media.
All this is based on the knowledge of the superconscious function, which is used in modern
technologies, but hidden from the people.
In 1980, at the Institute of Higher Nervous Activity and Neurophysiology (Moscow, Russia), directed
by P.V. Simonov, they tried to protect about 80 scientific works on unconscious cerebration, but it
was prevented because secret institutions were in charge of that issue.
4. TORSION, LEPTON, GLUON PROCESSES
Basic principles of super‐conscious processes:
 Torsional process (principle) is based on the formation of two oppositely oriented vectors of
effective torsional force in a specific point of space‐time continuum. This principle applies
both to micro and macro objects of organic and inorganic nature.
 Leptonic process (principle) is based on the formation of a biomorphic hologram of the
essential nature which has three functional needs (desire):
‐ Desire to develop one’s abilities
‐ Desire to acquire new abilities
‐ Desire to adapt
 Gluon process (mechanism) includes self‐awareness, self‐development and self‐protection.
5. FROM INTERACTIVE GLASSES TO THE HOLOGRAPHIC INTERFACE OF THE BRAIN
Currently, humankind is divided into three main groups:
1. Human Resource
2. Transhumanist Movement
3. Noospheric people
1. Human Resource is the total mass of people with restricted abilities and needs, who live just
for today, in a limited space of ideas. Most of them have an underdeveloped individual

5. psychology. Only a few of them have collective, team psychology, and they guide the others
on different levels of social organization.
2. Representatives of the Transhumanist movement are typically the elite of the Human
Resource Movement. They have the financial possibility to purchase technologies, methods
and tools developed with Nanotechnology, genetics, biotechnology, with the use of
microelectronic, computer, informational, plasma, chronal suggestive, mental, neural,
psychological, etc. technologies, which serve as external additions, replacements and
intensifiers, as well as other resources turning a human being into symbiosis, a
biopsychotechnical object of a new generation. The disadvantage of Transhumanism lies in
the fact that spiritual qualities are being lost and psychological development is changed,
which leads to the loss of human qualities.
3. Noospheric people. The main emphasis is on the systematic integral psycho‐physiological
development of the brain and the entire human body by activating the ancient structures of
the brain that are dormant. The result is:
‐ Development of innate‐, phantom‐ and fundamental senses, dense and subtle bodies.
‐ Development of Leptonic scanning abilities from micro to macro objects of the past,
present and future, within three spaces: material, nonmaterial and Bard space.
‐ Development of one’s essential nature, immortal atman state: a substance which can
exist in several different bodies and objects simultaneously due to holographic
consciousness, using the Holographic Interface of the Brain and the Human Internet.
Noospheric people are the intellectual‐, human‐ and creative capital of any country and the
international community.
A Noosphere person is someone who feels the need for and sense of connection to the
divine and planetary development.
Scientific and technological development came to the creation of interactive glasses, the echo
helmet, the holographic human brain interface on the basis of switching on with the use of laser and
leptonic generators. All these and other technologies of Transhumanism have a very weak spot : the
consciousness and the human brain. Unique, alive technologies are being created, but the human
being cannot endure these technologies, is destroyed and killed by them.
For further successful development the impulse of the Holy Spirit from within is needed.
Noospheric development is the most advanced and progressive in terms of formation and
preparation of human consciousness and the brain for future technologies and new life.
In the process of noospheric development, the Holographic Interface of the Brain is formed without
any artificial influences on the human brain and body. Noospheric technologies enable the creation
of a new noosphere human being, whose enormous hidden potential and resources are activated.
The Bronnikov‐Fekleron system engages in the development of human beings into noosphereic

6. THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOLOGRAPHIC INTERFACE OF THE BRAIN
Lepton radiation from the eyes
Our eyes perceive photon radiation ‐ light. When light enters the eyes, the light is converted into a
biochemical signal and is processed by the system of visual centers of the brain.
As a result, the brain emits lepton radiation, which is stronger than photon radiation, through the
body and the eyes, and the person sees the world around.
Put the palm of your hand in front of your face. Start looking at your palm of the hand, and imagine
that you carefully make a hole in it with your eyes, like you drill though your palm. Depending on
your awareness, you will feel a strong sensation in the palm of your hand. This is the result of the
radiation coming from your eyes. Anyone can make this illustrative experiment, but science does is
not aware of such phenomena, or, to be precise, conceals such knowledge.
Phantom feelings
This is a function of the super‐consciousness, which is based on memory, fantasy, imagination and
concentration of attention. All these factors create so‐called energy and acting forces within the
body.
The better one’s memory, fantasy, imagination and concentration of attention works, the stronger
the lepton radiation of from the brain is.
REM sleep in the awake state
REM pathology, known in psychiatry, occurs in people in the awaken state, especially among blind
people. A person wakes up, talks to his or her family and simultaneously sees a visualization of a
dream in his or her mind.
If this process is uncontrollable and spontaneous, it is a pathology.
If a person, healthy or blind, knows about this phenomenon and knows how to control it ‐ turn it on
and off, guide the plot ‐, this brain ability is the basis for meditation, it provides a powerful
development of the brain and reveals the person’s hidden abilities.
Vision without eyes
Combining these abilities ‐ lepton radiation from the eyes, phantom feelings, REM sleep in the awake
state ‐ on the basis of auto‐training psychological techniques create the new "radar vision" ability.
"Radar vision" enables vision of the surrounding space without using the eyes, but directly with the
