• Findings
• Universal CityWalk Hollywood has 60 venues occupying
the property
• Of these 60 venues, Universal has complete or partial
ownership in 3 of them: Pink’s Hot Dogs, Universal
Studio Store CityWalk and the AMC Movie Theater
• 14 of the 60 operating venues have the capability to
provide offsite group opportunities at their respective
locations
The Lineup
• Of the 14 CityWalk venues, 9 are sit-down restaurants, 2 are night clubs
and 3 are activity based in Jillian’s Bowling, iFLY, and our AMC Theater
Objective: To increase awareness of our CityWalk tenants who have the
venue space for offsite group opportunities
Background: Our partnering hotels have requested a centralized means of
accessing information regarding our CityWalk tenants and their respective
Special Event capabilities
Project Approach: Create a brochure that provides on-hand venue
specifications of our CityWalk tenants, made available at our partnering
hotels and via e-mail
