SPY- Standard and Poor’s depository receipts
BarCap N.Y. exempt Municipal Bond index- This index is used as a proxy
to track the historical returns of a N.Y. Municipal bond. In practice we
would buy a N.Y. Municipal Bond on the open market.

BarCap US Government Long term Bond Index- This is another proxy to
illustrate long term performance of this asset class. We would purchase long
term Govt. bonds in the open market.

IYR- Dow Jones real estate index
MDY- Midcap index
