WHAT: Fairfax County, Adult and Community Education (ACE) Class titled:
Be an Entrepreneur through Real Estate
Empower yourself with real-world best practices in "flipping" real estate! Acquire the
tools to start and set up a company, understand roles and responsibilities, apply finance
techniques, understand supply and demand, use "deal or no-deal" criteria for buying, and
apply creative strategies in selling properties including "rent to own."
The instructor, a retired financial planner, has applied his successful methodology in
three states with over 20 properties this past year. A detailed list of topics discussed is
available (see next page).
Tuition: $159, plus User Fee: $99
(15 hours total; 6 evening sessions, each session is 2.5 hours)
