business. Flipping houses when done properly however, can

Contrary to popular belief, finding money to do good deals is
the easiest part of real estate investing. Many investors
choose to beg for hard money loans from commercial and
investor friendly lenders. The problem with hard money loans

should be used only as a last resort. Conversely, private
partners and individual lenders cost a lot less and can actually
