 Create and sensitize multi-scenario financial models to stress operating performance, credit metrics and
financial covenant thresholds.
 Compose comprehensive credit memorandums for potential lending opportunities and present to the Bank’s
internal credit committees and executive management team.
 Syndicate interests in loan transactions to institutional investors, corporate and investment banks and
regional lenders.
 Collaborate with bank’s executive management team, legal counsel and prospective borrowers to negotiate
loan terms and conditions, draft term sheets and review legal documentation.
 Commission and review appraisals, property condition reports and environmental assessments for property-
level transactions.
 Actively manage and monitor a $750MM portfolio of 11 existing loans consisting of large corporate loans
and property-level real estate and lodging loans.
 Evaluate and report on the current operating performances, credit metrics, covenant compliance, and
collateral of managed loan portfolio through the preparation of in-depth annual reviews presented to senior
credit officers.
