 Led a cross-functional team that included EH&S,welders, supervisors and managers to develop
Aftertreatment Safety Policies and Procedures concerning hexavalent chromium at the Pontiac, IL facility
 Prepared manufacturing readiness of the first Aftertreatment product built in Pontiac, IL following the
move from Sante Fe, NM and ensured proper work instructions, equipment, and materials were provided
 Reviewed over 150 standard work documents and 300 prints for two Aftertreatment products, resolved
~40 issues on standard work documents, one print issue and identified ten additional failures modes
Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Link Engineering Company, Plymouth, MI May – August 2015
 Saved an average of 90 minutes per status report by leading an inter-departmental team of interns to
formulate a system used to automate job status tracking
 Updated the Method Of Manufacturing (MOM) hours to accurately reflect the manufacturing process
time for over 125 parts on a brake dynamometer using historical job data
 Led and coordinated severaldepartments including purchasing, manufacturing, and shipping to repair a
brake dynamometer on time providing $1,000 per day of potential revenue
