John Dundee Business Background
John Dundee’s real estate and finance business background includes more
than 39 years experience. He began his Real Estate career at 16 years old as
an appraiser assistant with a local Savings and Loan. His personal production
includes supervision of over $1 billion in completed transactions. He has
completed several ground up as well as rehabilitation projects and asset fund
management of a $50 million and $20 million real estate debt and equity
funds. He is experienced in all aspects of real estate investment,
development, acquisition, renovation, financing as well as marketing of
residential, commercial, multifamily, retail, land, mobile home park, and hotel
assets.
He has started, owned and managed mortgage and real estate brokerage,
investment and development companies employing hundreds of people. Most
recently he has served as Broker, President and Owner of American Banker
Realty and Mortgage, Newport Beach, California. His career has included
senior management roles as International Sales Director, Investment Property
Inc, Hong Kong, BCC, Vice President of Investment Sales, Flintridge
Development Corporation, Managing Partner of Warren Randolph Financial,
Phoenix, Arizona, Executive Director of American Home Capital and Founding
Director of American Home Thrift and Loan, Newport Beach, California,
Consultant to Federal Deposit and Insurance Corporation(RTC), Vice
President of Western Real Estate Investments for Adams, James, Foor &
Company, NASDAC Broker Dealers, Oklahoma, City, Oklahoma.
A native Southern Californian. Well known in the community and active in
community service groups and business organizations. He received the 2003
National Leadership Award and 2003 Businessman of the Year Award from the
National Congressional Committee. He is a noted real estate and financial
authority with articles and economic observations having been published in
several business journals, publications and television business news
programs.
License held includes Real Estate and Mortgage Broker, California, Arizona
and Alabama. General Contractor, Heavy B-2, Arizona. General Securities
NASD Series #7 and #63
