1 We start by profiling the search in detail with the hiring
manager. We’ll set expectations and agree on a timeline.
2 We’ll start interviewing candidates who fit your
profile. Afterwards, we’ll discuss each candidate with
you and invite your top choice in for a second interview.
3 Next, we’ll debrief with you and the candidates to discuss
interest level, cultural fit and to review potential concerns.
4 After interviews, we’ll make our recommendation
and manage the offer and acceptance process
5 Once your candidate accepts the offer, we will support the
completion of background and reference checks and
assist with counter-offer prevention
6 We’ll stay proactive in following up with both you and
the candidate to ensure a successful transition
