3. How we came
up with the
idea:
Managing so many clubs,
we needed the ability to
look at the information
already gathered by
CheckFree, the Prospect
Database and Door
Access logs in a quick and
effective manner. We also
wanted a way to help our
managers understand the
market potential for each
of their clubs.
We are very visual
learners, so we developed
a method of taking the raw
data that our SNAP
Fitness provided tools
already gathers and
making it accessible to our
whole team.
