To whom it may concern,
This.letter is.In regards to. Mr. John Blandand, his.time working. for Creative Learning Albania; Mr ..Bland
was an integral part of starting up this after school center located in Tirana,Albania. Through his hard
work, dedication and great communication skills, he was able to successfulfy educate Albanian children
using methods of teaching that are currentty not found in Albania. Mr. Bland was dependable in his
tasks and job duties and was always ready to go the extra mile to help the team out.
Mr. Bland's main task was reading groups ofstudents in different activities, sports and events at which
he provedto be very adept at. He kept children engaged and was very talented in multi-tasking with all
the different happenings. Parents, kids and the staff all foundMt. Bland to be a very good role model-to
have aroundwhom always found-the positive side to everything.
In addition, Mr. Bland assisted with the center's Community Outreach Program. He acted-as the
Center's spokesman at our fundraiser, collaborated in the creation of advertisement brochures and
media, and actively campaigned to the community.
Mr. Blandwas very respectful of the different culture he came to work in and found a way to
communicate with all people here even though he didn't know the language. Smiling often and making
sure every student was getting enough attention made him a real asset to the center. I have no
problems giving my full support to Mr. Bland and would be happy to answer any questions that you may
have.
