Outpatient Program, and a CSSD Program. The Clinics served nearly 2,000 clients in New London and 
Norwich, Connecticut. Assisted in reducing a $600,000 yearly deficit to $250,000 in six -months with no 
layoffs or terminations. Reduced the financial devastation of a 40% No-Show rate with the planning of 17 
new groups and execution of a dozen groups. Guided both clinics through site visiits and chart reviews 
with the Eastern Regional Mental Health Fostered an improved relationship with the Southeastern Mental 
Health Authority. Instituted a comprehensive Integrative Care approach to Sound’s wraparound clinical, 
psychiatric, case management, social club, employment, residential, and MIRP programs. Assisted in the 
supervision of the New London Outpatient Clinic relocation to new offices.
