To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing to commend Jodi Bell, the Tauck Director on our "Best of the Canadian Rockies"
trip from July 13-20. During the trip, she demonstrated enthusiasm, knowledge, wit, a bubbling
personality, and a sincere commitment to ensuring that each traveler enjoyed the experience.
We had a wonderful group of people on the tour. They enjoyed being with each other, and
much of the camaraderie resulted directly from Jodi's superb "people skills."
My wife and I have traveled a great deal during our lives. We lived in five foreign countries
during my 28 year diplomatic career with the US Department of State. We have visited a
number of countries in Europe and Asia since I retired from the diplomatic service and became
associated with Emory University. Jodi is by far the best travel director we have encountered on
our various excursions. Her knowledge is extensive, and her ability to explain complicated
natural phenomena is impressive. My wife and I found her to be exceedingly helpful, friendly,
competent, and highly professional throughout the week. We credit her with making this trip the
most enjoyable group tourist experience we have ever encountered.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Canadian
Rockies with a tour director of the caliber of Jodi Bell. We will always associate the spectacular
scenery and the excellent Tauck arrangements with the delightful and infectious enthusiasm of
Jodi Bell. In our judgment, no one could ask for more.
Sincerely,
Ambassador Marion V. Creekmore (ret'd)
