3. About 4All Project
APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOCIAL CONTEXT
The housing deficit in Developing Countries and Underdeveloped is at critical levels.
The majority of companies of conventional construction is not intended or scaled to
meet this kind of situation in an appropriate and satisfactory manner, either by cost
structure and human resources, or by inadequate methodologies and technologies
to solutions "Low Cost" required by local budgets available, also taking into account
any urgency, speed of execution and profitability throughout the construction
process.
4ALL The Project seeks to assist local governments in the preparation of the Housing
Development Plans, by applying constructive methods of manufacturing integrated,
certified and guaranteed compatible with the latest requirements of quality, comfort
and durability at low cost.
For this purpose the 4ALL Project, proposes to undertake the development of all
studies and projects aimed to the application on the ground of an innovative concept
based on a constructive system of simplified construction, rapid construction and
assembly "on site" safe, efficient and environmentally innocuous.
The 4ALL Project, through its system is also intended to be a lever on the social side,
so whenever possible, and preferably, will be maximized in all phases, specialties
and project and construction sectors, the resource availabilities of hand Local labor.
Similarly, in the field of logistics, supply of services, materials and equipment, will
always be given priority to the installed capacities of local economies.
The system 4ALL Project aims, in addition to minimizing costs in national budgets
and speed of execution, to provide simultaneous resolution of the following services:
Adequate Housing - With appropriate typologies every household
Sanitation - domestic waste effluent treatment system
Potable Water - Collection, purification and distribution domestic
Electricity - production of renewable energy systems
Education - Schools / Classrooms
Health - Mini Clinics / Health Centres
Hygiene - Community Showers and toilets / Lavadouros
Multipurpose rooms - Arts and crafts

4. We propose to make available to interested parties from local physical data,
Technical, Economic and Financial Studies complete attesting the usefulness,
viability and versatility of 4ALL Project system.
It operates in "Comprehensive Business Engineering and Housing Services" with a
very significant component of Social Responsibility.
Project 4ALL make a reference company, a provider of solutions and services in the
area of housing "Low Cost", covering basic but essential valences and developing
projects that contribute effectively to the reduction of severe housing shortages in
the countries where they are implemented.

Patented Construction System
The construction system consists of an aggregation of predetermined components
(profiles) that are added to each other by screwing. The amount of technical parts is
reduced
Cost Control
One of the biggest advantages of modular homes 4ALLProject, is the price.
Modular homes 4ALLProject have a cost per square meter difficult to match.
Quality Manufacturing
The 4ALLProject is able to ensure an effective quality control throughout the
manufacturing process of the products it offers.
Construction time
This advanced construction system has a much reduced processing time and delivery
time expected, under normal conditions does not exceed 60 days (a case study), and the
assembly of the various models available takes between 3-5 days after phase is
complete foundation, a team 3 to 4 workers (depending on the size of the KIT).
Assembly
The assembly of modular homes is extremely simple, no requiring special tools.
Modularity / Versatility / Adaptability
The 4ALLProject buildings, may progress to other typologies, according to the desired
geometry, or more properly the implantation site.
The 4ALLProject buildings can be moved from one location to another, the material lost
in disassembly / reassembly normally not exceed 5% in the base version of its overall
value.
Structural Stability
The durability of the structure is huge and very low maintenance.
Health and Safety
These buildings are as or safer than buildings constructed in the conventional method.
Comfort
The 4ALLProject constructions are distinguished in thermal and acoustic insulation.

The materials used in our construction system were selected to provide protection
against changes in temperature and humidity.
Acoustic Insulation
The 4ALLProject uses a solution which is based on application of materials that are
demonstrably poor conductors of sound.
Ecology
The construction is ecological, its materials are recyclable at almost 100%.

Where are manufactured homes?
The houses are an entirely 4ALLProject Portuguese product, developed in Portugal, built entirely in the factory.
What is included in the budget?
A standard "KIT-4ALLProject" home includes design, structural kit, electric kit, kit water and sewage, kit window frames and doors, kitchen kit, kit bathroom.
What is not included in the budget?
Fees and allowances, travel and transportation, surveying, site preparation, foundations, hand-intensive assembly, furniture, appliances.
What types of modular homes are there?
HOUSE SERIES - Modular Homes Standard.
SERIES SERVICES - Modular Buildings standard.
You can make adjustments to the catalog templates?
Yes Templates allow adaptations to the needs of each client.
You can choose a template and then move to another?
Yes, the possibility of adding modules with different functions makes 4ALLproject buildings in "evolutionary" buildings.
It is possible to disassemble the house and reassemble again?
Yes, the house can be assembled and disassembled and the process cost is relatively low.
