This is your Workspace

To Invite People

Enter Email Address

Then Click Invite

Once the person you invited clicked the
link in his email, he will be added here

Free Asana account is up to
15 members only

To get started with a Project

Click on the + sign

This appears

Enter Project Name

Add a description

Choose a Privacy setting

If you want to share with
people in your Workspace

Only project members
can find this

Click on this

Once Project is created.
This will appear

Create Tasks

Click on the + sign

Enter Task

To assign Task,
click on this icon

This will appear

Enter Name/Email Address
of a member

Or you can click on this

This will show the people you
invited for that project

Choose who you want to
assign the Task

If no one to assign yet,
click Assign to me

This time will assign Angelito

Reminder: You can assign a
Task to one person only

To add another Task
just press Enter

On the left side you’ll see
History of the Task

When Task was created

When and to what Project
Task was added

To whom and when
Task was assigned

How to put Description

Put Description here

Then it will be added here

How to put Comments

Write Comment here

Then click Comment

Comment added here

How to add a Due Date

Click on Due Date

Choose a Date and click

Due Date appears here

To Add a Time

Click Add a Time

Choose a Time

Due Date and Time
appears in the workspace

Once Task is done

You have 2 options to click

Tick the box to mark it complete

Task is gone in the workspace
Project progress is updated

To see all the Tasks

Click on All Items

This will show all Tasks
and Conversations

Task with check mark
means completed

Task with out check mark
means it is current

Reminder: Create up to 3
Projects only for Free Account
