from an operational point of view, as the
housekeeping department now has a mas-
ter code for all the apartments and clean-
ers do not need to come into the office to
pick up keys. They just receive a text from
their supervisor on the day to advise which
apartments have to be cleaned. In terms of
maintenance emergencies, a one shot
code can be generated for higher levels of
security if an external person has been ap-
pointed.
