Racoon is a web application for all plattforms that allows citizens in home quarantine with Covid-19 to position their location to contribute to an awareness map. The app also allows for persons who suspect to have Covid-19 to communicate a warning. 
 All registered users are able to place requests to a coordinating central. Requests can be anything from laundry, groceries, medical and other necessities. The automated central coordinates contracts to trusted actors equipped with training and special protective suits, gear and tools like drones to be able to deliver the requested services. 

Users see a map in real time showing coloured zones where it is wise to use extra caution. This helps placing service requests while minimising the risk of spreading infections. The app can push notifications with relevant information.

Deliveries are presented as an issued contract,

contract all criteria need to be met for a high
probability successful mission.
