Team with us to present on the topics above. Kelly is an Account Support Consultant
based in Minneapolis who works with customers to provide a comprehensive approach
for their IT environment, ensuring it is aligned with the company’s business goals. The
work consists of the occasional assistance with reactive support, but the greatest focus is
in the proactive space. Organizations which engage in proactive activities typically
realize great ROI for their time and money spent. Kelly and his colleagues work with a
wide spectrum of environments, servers ranging from Unix to Windows, platforms from
ProLiants to NonStop, datacenters with a handful of servers to thousands. They all have
their unique challenges, yet they look to leverage best practices wherever possible and
they all typically create a few themselves
2. Dear Minnesota Chapter Members,
As you may know, Encompass, ITUG and HP-Interex EMEA consolidated into one global
organization on June 17 at HP Technology Forum & Expo 2008 to form Connect, Your
Independent HP Business Technology Community. I am happy to inform you that the Minnesota
Chapter has chosen to affiliate with Connect. As a result of our affiliation, all Minnesota
Chapter members will receive complimentary membership with Connect. This membership will
provide you with many benefits to:
Join the Connect myCommunity, Connect’s online social network, to participate in
year-round networking and best practice sharing with your fellow members.
Become involved in one of our Special Interest Groups to align with other members
that have the same HP technology interests as you.
Take part in upcoming education Webcasts that will be held covering various HP
enterprise technology topics.
Watch for your new subscription to Connect Now, the new monthly e-newsletter filled
with Connect community news and HP technical content.
I encourage you to take advantage of this membership and take a few minutes to setup your
user profile on the web-site. This will help provide a means for communication and sharing of
information with this group. Thank you for your continued support and participation in the
Minnesota Chapter.
Best Regards,
Jill Bourman
Chapter Chair
