2. I gets up at

I like to get up early, I have a hard
time doing it, but I can do all my
activities of the day without
eagerness
3. I take a bath
After I get up, I take a bath
and brush. I like to take my
time to bathe. and I dress.
4. To have breakfast
Breakfast at half past seven in the
morning. Breakfast at home. I like
to eat fruits, granola, yogurt and
scrambled eggs or bacon, along
with a large cup of coffee.
6. Have lunch
Lunch at twelve o'clock. Lunch at my
house. I am not very picky about my
lunch except for a few foods.
7. I go to work
I always leave home at 1 pm. I teach graphic design and
animation to boys in the last grades of high school in different
schools in the city. Work until 6 p.m.
8. Have dinner
I have dinner at 6:30, I usually eat
at home, I like it to be as varied as
my lunch but in smaller quantities.
9. I go to the gym
I go to the gym to train CrossFit at 7:40 at night, I train from 8 to 9
at night, it's a heavy workout but I like it.
10. I take a bath
After training and organizing my house, I take a bath to relax my
body from the tiredness of the day and exercise.
11. I am going
to sleep
Before going to sleep I do my
prayer and 10 minutes of
meditation to finish relieving the
stress of work and be able to
sleep peacefully
12. My weekend
On weekends I usually stay at home sleeping, reading or doing a
course, I go to the Catholic Church every Sunday, sometimes I
go out with my friends to the movies, to eat, to play basketball, to
drive bicycles or some other sports activity
