It is my pleasure to write this letter in support of Jessica Taylor. I had the pleasure of getting to know her as
her Education Advisor while she was enrolled in the Master of Healthcare Administration Program at
Kaplan University.
I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of students, including many with Jessica's level of
on-the-job experience. However, few are as able to maintain as stellar of a performance throughout earning
their degree. It takes drive and determination to earn a master’s degree. Jessica demonstrated superior
commitment to herself and her education by earning an almost near perfect final cumulative GPA of over
3.9. From day one, it was clear that she was not there just for the degree itself; she truly sought to better her
own management skills and put them to use in a healthcare setting.
There is little doubt in my mind that Jessica will become a phenomenal asset to your organization.
