Private Jet journey, your money is protected in a
dedicated escrow account. Our goal is to operate
trips, but if it becomes clear that we cannot operate
an itinerary safely, or that the trip will not offer
experiences that meet our high Four Seasons
standards, we will cancel it or adjust the itinerary as
needed. Our Journey Refund Guarantee means that
if we need to cancel a trip for any reason, your money
will be refunded in full. In addition, should it become
necessary to make substantial changes to the
itinerary, you will always be given the option to cancel
your reservation.
