One additional insight I had from my analysis is that Business Associations has retained almost the exact
same average rate of pay over the last 10 years, while the other 3 industries have fluctuated.
My insight from the Month's Pivot Table is that from December to May, Independent artists, writers, and
performers average pay rates increase.
My analysis didn’t reveal that there are any months that stand out as consistently high or low, but April is
consistently an average month for rates across all 4 industries.
My insight from the Year's Pivot table is that Independent artists, writers, and performers average pay rate
has decreased over the last 10 years, while Business Associations have increased their average pay rates
during the same time frame.
These industries relate to my field of interest because I'm studying Music Business, which focusing on the
entertainment and music industries and how to function within the entire industry, even as a business.
From my analysis, the Business Association industry has the highest average rates in the two most recent
years.
My analysis show the Arts, entertainment, and recreation industries have the lowest average rates in the
two most recent years.
Arts, entertainment, and recreation and Performing Arts companies are almost exactly the same in regards
to their average rates, but I would argue that Independent Artists and Business Association industries are
similar in relation to each to each other respectively.
