To Whom it May Concern;
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Jesse Carrigan who I had the privilege of
working with during his time here at iGlobal Stores.
After working at iGlobal for nearly two years, Jesse has served in many roles and has
done exceptionally well wherever he was needed. Starting in customer service, his
ability to communicate and solve problems very effectively for our customers was
second nature for him. Seeing his talents in this area and having a light background in
coding, he was quickly moved into a project manager role to assist merchants with
integrating our software. During this time, he took it upon himself to spend time outside
of work in strengthening his development skills. He then took on a design roll for us in
various different aspects.
Outside of these skills is his ability to work extremely well with everyone on the team.
He has a great personality and sense of humor that makes him an exceptional team
player on any project.
Last but certainly not least is his drive and work ethic that is rarely seen. It did not
matter the task, he did it without any hesitation or complaint and you knew if assigned,
the project would get done on time and exceptionally well.
In summary, it is very difficult to see Jesse go. Given the opportunity, I would hire Jesse
again without hesitation. He is an good communicator with a great personality and
sharp mind. He will certainly excel in any role that he finds.
