• The lack of management, only see a floor manager 1 out of 10 times shopping at
the same store.
• Undercover “secret shoppers” are very obvious, not as hidden as they should be.
• Friendliness of employees in Arizona compared to Eastern States.
Are there opportunities you never noticed before?
• Yes, starting by installing more cart racks so customers have more opportunities to
put their carts away.
• Better automation for self-checkout to increase efficiency.
