ā€¢ The ability to have your purchases
delivered via drone!

before?
ā€¢ Absolutely, ranging from having a more
open, abstract mindset to thinking further

products for cheaper elsewhere.

customer side to put cart away.
What were your biggest surprises?
ā€¢ The lack of management, only see a floor manager 1 out of 10 times shopping at
the same store.
ā€¢ Undercover ā€œsecret shoppersā€ are very obvious, not as hidden as they should be.
ā€¢ Friendliness of employees in Arizona compared to Eastern States.
Are there opportunities you never noticed before?
ā€¢ Yes, starting by installing more cart racks so customers have more opportunities to
put their carts away.
ā€¢ Better automation for self-checkout to increase efficiency.
