We therefore recommend the use of CatClean, because it works catalytically so as to lower the
ignition temperature of the soot, such that even at low load and correspondingly lower
temperatures a continuous soot burn-off can be ensured. With CatClean a permanent additive-
supported regeneration of the diesel particle filter is guaranteed during operation. With no
maintenance costs, no finite service life and no problems, the filter remains free at all times by
direct burn-off of the soot particles. CatClean can be inserted into each diesel engine and/or
aggregate with additive-supported particle filter systems with – by the truck over the fork-lift
truck to BHKW´s (block heat and power plants) and naturally also into turbo-diesel engines.
CatClean does not change die diesel quality and is suitable for all filter materials.
CatClean cost and time-saving filter regeneration ensures a dramatic reduction in
environmental discharge, from which the whole environment benefits.
Through the use of ERC Diesel plus 1:500 in combination with diesel fuel grades
conforming to DIN an improvement in the cetane number (of up to 3 points) and an
immediate improvement in ignition properties is achieved. Diesel plus- Winter Power
contains flow improvers which surround the paraffin crystals, thus preventing further
growth or agglomeration with other crystals. This improves the operational reliability
of diesel vehicles in winter.
✓ PLATZHALTER
CatClean can, provided it is approved by the filter manufacturer, be used for all diesel particle
filters. The additive should be added before fuelling the vehicle or storage tank

2. CatClean has an approval and hygiene certificate of mining and may be used underground in
mines.
Pump required amount (e.g. 10 ml) CatClean into the feed tank by compressing the bottle. To
