Responsibilities
• Manage on-going activities of
daily living, encouraging
independent living skills
whenever possible
• Ensure health and safety of
clients
• Guide clients in interacting with
friends, peers, family,
community, and other staff
• Serve as a role model for clients
• Provide transportation for clients
• Assist clients in developing and
using time management skills
Requirements
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a HS Diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Be able to lift 60 pounds
• Be able to pass a background check and
driver’s license review (no DWI and no
more than 2 moving violations in 3 yrs)
