 Researched and identified the correlations between the heat treating parameters and Austenite grain size
 Performed Rockwell hardness, Vickers hardness, microscopy, SEM and X-ray for metallographic analysis
 Optimized the heat treating process to decrease the oxidation and decarburization
 Trained and guided new research team members by taking role as team leader

 Collaborated on an interdisciplinary team of six to devise a centralized online portal that makes it easy for
