II. Introduction
Le’shays Online Boutique
Le’shays Boutique, among several other boutique’s, my sole purpose is to fund my foundation
(Nita Project) and other domestic violence victims whether men or women. The boutique was
founded upon the death of my big sister; she too was a victim of domestic violence. As well as me
but she didn’t survive it. We always wanted to own a clothing store, most of my sisters to be
exact. But Tenita is not here today to open her own store or see her children one day pick up the
business dream. And this is the very reason I put my blood sweat and tears into creating
something she will always be a part of.
The purpose of the boutique is to financehousing schooling and job placement from home
particularly within my boutique as it is raises the needed customers that are on an ongoing basis.
Creating jobs that doesn’t not require too much public attention of the victim. The goals are to
have one Boutique with several housing placements across the United States of American the
target population is men, women, and young adults. Every three months I will donate clothing to
other domestic violence founder across the world.

III. Needs/Problems
One major problem is that men are often brushed off and are twice emasculated by the
public as well as the abusing problem... On Face book I have seen not many pages concerning
men and domestic violence. There have been cut backs on funds with no understand that not
only married go through domestic violence, its teenagers and young adults who suffer and I no
longer recognized . As well as online business shoppers often that businesses don’t survive that
long. The faith in small online businesses is a little shaky according to potential customers I have
spoken to.
 Funding should be on a year or 6 month basis.
 Online business has been blooming over the few years but not at an online first priority basis
based on Technology.
 Most shoppers would remain loyal customers if they knew that their money isn’t just going
into the pockets of owners, but back into the community to help those who are unfortunate
or in need.
IV. Goals/Objectives
State the desired goals and objectives to address the needs/problems stated above. Also include
key benefits of reaching goals/objectives.
 Gain large network circle of boutique owners and domestic violencefounders to create and
even more revenue profit the particular things that is needed
 Do business seminars as well as domestic violence prevention seminars
 Provide schooling for victims of their choice.
V. Procedures/Scope of Work
