lowest Property Taxes in the country.
– Tax breaks on equipment with an Out-of-state origin and an Out-of-state
destination. Tennessee Code 67-6-313 (a)
• This equipment by definition is considered In-Transit.
• In-Transit in Tennessee has no time limitations. (could be 3 years and still In-
Transit.) As long as the final destination is outside Tennessee
• If destination changes to inside Tennessee, back taxes will apply.
