I was fortunate enough to have worked with Jeffrey Brown and Adam Rosenblatt on two recent mortgage transactions that had first become a
disaster due to the prior lender I had hired before Jeffrey and Adam took over.
The week of my two closings, I learned that my prior mortgage broker had not gotten our two loans approved in time. In fact and despite his
assurances we would not have a problem with closing on time, he had barely even started the loan approval process. Finding out the week of
my closings my loans were not ready was not only incredibly deceitful and shocking, but left me at serious risk since I had waived my financing
contingency believing the prior mortgage broker that the loans would be approved and closed in time. My substantial deposit was now in jeopardy
to the seller since we did not close on time and unless I could get an extension to close, we would’ve had to litigate.
Through my close friend who is also a large Florida developer who had worked with Jeffrey and Adam before, I was introduced to these two
professionals who assured me that they could get both loans closed in a matter of a few short weeks if I could obtain a reasonable extension to
close. Although I had not yet secured that extension and in an effort to save time, Jeffrey and Adam sprung in to action and by the time I had a
signed extension 3 days later, they already had both loans conditionally approved!
Within 10 business days after that, all of the conditions were cleared and the loans closed 1 week BEFORE the extension date.
Every one of their commitments and promises were delivered on and then some. They were both available 24/7 and worked tirelessly to ensure
not only that we would make the closing date, but that my deposit would be returned to me at closing, which it was.

“I had an incredible experience with Jeffrey Brown and Adam Rosenblatt of New Penn Financial.
In August 2012 I signed a contract to purchase my first home and was referred to a mortgage broker who was supposed to be reliable and
reputable. He told me that he would place my loan with Suntrust mortgage and promised me that there would be no issues. As we approached
the end of my 40 day contract, I began to get very concerned. The broker kept promising me that the loan would be ready the next day, but then
the following day there was another excuse. This went on for several weeks!
Luckily someone gave me the phone number of Jeffrey from New Penn Financial. I called Jeffrey and he assured me that the experience I was
having was not uncommon with mortgage brokers and surprisingly nearly identical to the experience another of his clients had just a month
before. The other client had also been trying to get a loan from Suntrust and had been denied 8 months after applying. Jeffrey had taken over
that person’s loan at the last minute and closed them, and promised to do the same for me.
Jeffrey correctly predicted that almost immediately upon withdrawing my loan application from the broker, I would receive a call telling me that
magically my loan was finally ready to close. This is exactly what happened and the mortgage broker once again promised that my loan was
indeed, “approved and ready to close.” Unfortunately, I was so desperate to close that I gave the broker another chance. Sure enough, “closing
tomorrow” turned into 2 more weeks with no closing. Eventually the broker stopped contacting me all together. Worst of all, I was then in default
on my contract and my $50,000 deposit was forfeited to the Seller because the broker had previously sent a loan approval to me which I
believed to be legitimate.
Fortunately for me, the Seller allowed me a short extension. I immediately called Jeffrey back, but I advised him that I had to close in less than 2
weeks, which I understood was almost impossible.
Jeffrey introduced me to his business partner, Adam Rosenblatt, who assured me that if I provided all of the documents he asked for that day
(Friday, 10/19) that he would have his entire team working over the weekend to get my loan approved. Unbelievably, by Monday morning I had
a loan approval. 5 days later, my loan was ready to close. In 5 business days New Penn had issued me an unconditional loan approval and was
ready to close the same loan the broker and Suntrust could not close in more than 60 days! And the rate was a lot lower! I was very impressed
with their professionalism and speed.

I contacted Jeffrey Brown in February 2012 when I was looking to refinance the mortgage on my primary residence and after speaking with
many of the big name banks, I hired Jeffrey as I quickly became confident in his abilities over all of the big name lenders I spoke with and
my decision could not have proved more correct! Anyone can quote a rate and tell you that you are pre- approved, but closing a loan is
something entirely different.
Although New Penn Financial is not a large household name like Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo, after doing some research I
discovered that they are one of the largest lenders in America, but unlike the banks, they give personal attention and replied quickly to all of
my requests. Jeffrey answered the phone late at night, on weekends and it was refreshing to have been able to communicate with him and

“My realtor and attorney connected me with New Penn, and specifically Jeffrey Brown and his excellent team, when a condo loan I was working
fell through with BNC. We were at the very last stage of getting to closing when, although the BNC loan officer continued to say everything was
fine, the loan was denied due to litigation against the developer. This litigation had been discussed with the BNC loan officer before I even locked in

“In October when I contracted to purchase a new home from a bank that owned it, my Realtor recommended Jeffrey Brown and Adam
Rosenblatt of New Penn Financial for my mortgage. I wanted to use them but the bank who was selling me the home insisted I use them for
financing, so reluctantly I applied with them. THIS WOULD PROVE TO BE A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!
I spoke to the loan officer from the bank and he told me I was pre-approved and assured me that there would be no issues closing the transaction in
30 days. Almost immediately, I started to get uncomfortable with his performance and the fact that I could not reach him regularly. Yet, because his
bank owned the property and he assured me I was already pre-approved, I continued on.
Jeffrey had warned me about other lender’s misrepresenting themselves, but I had dismissed this as salesmanship. I would soon find out how right
he was.
The bank issued me a loan approval, and I was relieved because I thought the transaction was now essentially complete. Then another 2 MONTHS
goes by with me getting excuse after excuse as to why the bank was not ready to close. Then I get a call finally and the loan officer at the bank tells
me MY LOAN IS DECLINED! I literally did not believe him. I had perfect credit, a good job, was putting down 30% and the appraisal came in at
value. How could I be declined? I soon found out that because the condo association was involved in two minor lawsuits that the bank would not
make the loan to me - even though they already owned the property!
I was very lucky to get a short extension on my contract, but was only given 30 days to close. Having already started the process earlier with Jeffrey
and Adam, I contacted them again and explained the situation. They were very polite (no “I told you so”) and clearly outlined the steps needed to
move forward and close. Although it was in the middle of the Christmas holidays, within a few days they had underwritten my loan and issued me
a loan approval. Having been here before, I was still concerned about the litigation. Over the next days, Jeffrey personally spoke with the condo
association, the attorneys in the lawsuits, and the insurance company that insured the building. They completely documented the legal cases and
appealed directly to FNMA for an exception to make the loan. This is something no other lender would have ever done.
In spite of all the extra work, Jeffrey still offered me the very best mortgage rate in the market & the lowest fees and we closed on time without
issue. It is unbelievable that anyone would go to the lengths that they did just to close my loan, but I am extremely grateful.

My highest recommendations and appreciation to Jeffrey Brown, Adam Rosenblatt and the entire New Penn Financial organization for finding
the solution we needed to get a mortgage.
In early October I contracted to purchase a condominium in a building in North Bay Village and was referred to Jeffrey Brown of New Penn
by the building’s developer who explained that Jeffrey was the very best in the business. Because I had a very complicated tax structure by
working for a foreign government and had also heard of the difficulties in obtaining a mortgage at properties that
were not Fannie Mae approved, I was cautious when we first spoke. After a few minutes with Jeffrey, I quickly realized that I was in the right
hands despite our very complicated and seemingly insurmountable circumstances.
Jeffrey and his team reviewed my tax returns with the precision of a forensic accountant and came up with a solution that would allow us

“We first met Jeffrey Brown and his Condominium Team in late 2010 when they came in to make a presentation to be the preferred
lender for our 4 projects in Miami. Almost immediately, we hired Jeffrey and his company to provide the Fannie Mae and FHA approvals for
our properties and within weeks, the first of several approvals were given just as they promised they would be. We were especially pleased

  • 2. “JEFFREY BROWN AND HIS PARTNER SAVED MY $54,000 DEPOSIT FROM FORFEITURE!!! I was fortunate enough to have worked with Jeffrey Brown and Adam Rosenblatt on two recent mortgage transactions that had first become a disaster due to the prior lender I had hired before Jeffrey and Adam took over. The week of my two closings, I learned that my prior mortgage broker had not gotten our two loans approved in time. In fact and despite his assurances we would not have a problem with closing on time, he had barely even started the loan approval process. Finding out the week of my closings my loans were not ready was not only incredibly deceitful and shocking, but left me at serious risk since I had waived my financing contingency believing the prior mortgage broker that the loans would be approved and closed in time. My substantial deposit was now in jeopardy to the seller since we did not close on time and unless I could get an extension to close, we would’ve had to litigate. In August 2012 I signed a contract to purchase my first home and was referred to a mortgage broker who was supposed to be reliable and reputable. He told me that he would place my loan with Suntrust mortgage and promised me that there would be no issues. As we approached the end of my 40 day contract, I began to get very concerned. Fortunately for me, the Seller allowed me a short extension. I immediately called Jeffrey back, but I advised him that I had to close in less than 2 weeks, which I understood was almost impossible. I contacted Jeffrey Brown in February 2012 when I was looking to refinance the mortgage on my primary residence and after speaking with many of the big name banks, I hired Jeffrey as I quickly became confident in his abilities over all of the big name lenders I spoke with and my decision could not have proved more correct!
