Boundry with tree coverage both sides of development
Notes:
Soundproofing and Insulation
Internal walls to be filled with 70mm Rockwall sound insulation
slab to prevent noise transfer between rooms and increase fire
resistance.
External wall includes a 88mm stud cavity which is to be filled
with Rockwall insulation. 12mm lined ply with sound
absorbsion sheet for a minimum 35db reduction of noise. Along
with cavity and distance from any property will provide a large
decrease in any noise pollution.
All gaps and joints to be filled with an Acoustic Sealant and
large holes to be filled with foam to prevent noise transfer.
Potential for Acoustic barriers on land boundries including tree
coverage if noise nuissence level persists.
Drainage
100mm pipe at 1/80 gradient from new manhole to existing
manhole leading to mains sewer. Flow rate maximum capacity
6.3 ltr/sec. New SVP to be installed for ventilation.
Central passage run with gully for wash water to new manhole.
All feaces to be disposed of manually.
Ventilation
All cat spaces to have installed fan ventilation including summer
screened windows.
