Management System (SMS). From an HR perspective, the systems manages employee
information, training documentation and competency assessments. DATS also manages due
diligence requirements, such as general inspection records, hazard assessment records,
toolbox and safety meeting

managed by this fully cloud
based tool. Full visibility and

past five years, including sub-contractors. The company works hard to record near misses
and investigates all incidents fully.
Workers Compensation Rate Performance – 2010 through to 2014.
Efforts to improve the safety culture at JD Piling are reflected by our improving WCB rate
performance. Our discount rate has steadily improved to -14%, well on our way to a target
discount rate of -40%. Premiums have dropped 25% from $3.66 to $2.92 in the past five years.
