Mr. LEE Fu Wo, Jason has conducted Summer Internship Program (as parl of Hsin
Chong Corporate Social Responsibility) from 4 June 2012 to 3l .luly 2012.
During the past eight weeks with his intemship, I was impressed by his active leaming in
understanding Hsin Chong's business operation, corporate culture. team work building,
customer focus, cotporate social responsibility, contracts management, contract
implementation, quality, project management, toles of engineers and managers,
difference between leader and manager, basic attributes and ethics of a professional
engineer as detailed in the attached Summer Internship Program.
