Monitor each research site through effective communication to ensure that quality assurance standards are
met.
Contribute to protocol development for submission and renewal to the institutional review board (IRB).
Ensure continued compliance with the IRB by monitoring policy changes related to human subjects,
informing the clinical research team of the changes, and incorporating the changes into the research
protocol.
Maintain accurate and ethical reporting of adverse events.
Implemented state regulations and safety protocols in the laboratory. Passed 100% of all laboratory
inspections.
Learned and improved laboratory techniques to perform in-house laboratory testing.
Trained and supervised research assistants to enroll subjects into studies and to perform various laboratory
techniques on collected specimens.
