We had the pleasure to work with Jamina Alvarez during a very important program held in
November 2008 at the El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa in Puerto Rico.
Jamina’s primary responsibility was managing the event registration/hospitality desk. She
handled guests’ needs efficiently and courteously. She worked closely and very professionally
with the companies involved in the events and with the other members of our team. She
provided input and creative ideas on how to improve areas in which she was responsible and
took initiative to get the job done. Jamina was always cheerful and ready to tackle any
responsibility requested of her.
