 Kelvin cable and BU installation, Portrush, Northern Ireland to Hibernia
Transatlantic system 16/06 – 05/07
Plough K and Atlas 1 utilised to bury 25km of cable plus BU to 1m in
ploughing and PLIB operations.

 SGSCS system loading Rognan, Norway and transit to Trinidad
Plough trails took place in Lyme Bay in November, a good deal of this
commission was spent in Norway where outside temperatures ranged from;
-10°C to -25°C meaning on deck maintenance work was impractical, the ROV
and Plough were therefore winterised, Atlas1 was covered with tarpaulin and
heated from underneath using two space heaters. Lowest temperature
recorded under the tarpaulin was 0°C.
