This statement says it all about James and his approach to his career. If you were to poll all of the outside
suppliers or his co-workers, they would all say the same. James has the ability to get the most of the
suppliers he works with while never diminishing the quality of the work produced.
While at B3 Communications Inc., James was responsible for the production management of very
expensive and specialized projects that were delivered in very strict timelines and each time, he
delivered.
James also helped B3 grow and implemented new systems to manage production and cash flow within
our organization and truly worked “with” our team to find solutions to any and all production issues that
arose.
But James’ talents don’t stop at managing outside suppliers. He was a “constant” in the studio and always
helped get our team over the finish line with his clever wit and a disarming smile. In high pressure
situations, James always maintained a cool approach and calm demeanour. He always found a pleasant
distraction that helped refocus the efforts of our group to “get ‘er done”.
Had B3 not gone through many changes with the demise of the US market, Mr. Mah would still be on our
team as one of our most valued assets.
