2. The Office of the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA Card
Centre), and its consulates in Birmingham, Manchester, and Bradford have been
authorized to issue Smart National Identity Cards to Pakistanis abroad.

Personal status of an applicant for live photo and biometric.
Bring any of these documents: Original Pakistani Passport Renewal or Old Identity Card
or Domicile Certificate or Matriculation Certificate issued from Pakistan
First-time applicants must provide a detailed birth certificate mentioning the father's /
mother's names. Birth certificate without father's / mother's names will not be accepted.

4. CNIC / NICOP card of father and mother (latest after marriage) or real brother or sister
is required. Physical presence of NICOP / CNIC of any such relatives (father / mother /
siblings) is required for first time applicants.
Valid Pakistani passport or valid foreign passport.
To change the marital status, the applicant has to prepare a marriage certificate /
marriage certificate.
To change marital status as a divorce or widow, the applicant must present a divorce /
death certificate to his or her spouse.

5. Amendment to Date of Birth (DOB) Valid Pakistani / Foreign Passport, Matriculation
Certificate (issued by any Pakistani BISE), Service Book (issued by Government of
Pakistan), or Court Order (issued by a Pakistani court) ) Can be done on Law).
A court order from the Supreme Court of Pakistan is required to amend / update the
name of the parent. This amendment / update will be made by the High Commission
after proper confirmation of the court order.
If a person does not have a blood relative, which includes NICOP / CNIC, then the
fingerprint of a Pakistani citizen, CNIC / NICOP conducted by NADRA office I will be
required as a witness, and the matter will be sent to Pakistan for further confirmation.
