Overview
• Designed, structured, and created the
Entertainment department for SCC, including
day-to-day operations of 60 artists (115 max)
conducting approximately 100 performances
per day, 10 hours per day.
• Built and expanded a network of
entertainment agents in China, Taiwan,
Mongolia, the Philippines, Macau, Hong Kong,
Tahiti, Fiji, Australia, and the US.
• Arranged and conducted artist audition trips
internationally.
• Coordinated special events at SCC, Venetian,
and Sands Macao with SCC artists.
• Designed and supervised the creation of all
SCC Entertainment back-of-house spaces,
including dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms,
and wardrobe.
• Organized and procured all A/V supplies
necessary for daily Streetmosphere
operations.
3. Sands Cotai Central Streetmosphere
The DreamWorks Experience at Cotai Resorts
• July 1st, 2013: Sands Cotai Central launched “The DreamWorks
Experience at Cotai Resorts”, a full-scale entertainment
department based on the fabulous characters of Dreamworks
Animations. Day-to-day operations for this program are run
directly by myself and my reporting management team.
• Franchises currently represented include Shrek, Madagascar,
Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, The Croods, and Mr.
Peabody and Sherman.
• 2013 Total Revenue (July-Dec) totaled $8.1 million USD
• Offerings include character breakfasts (2 shows daily), meet &
greets with photo opportunities (7 hours daily), and a once daily
parade with 50 artists through the entire property featuring all
characters plus acrobats, dancers, stilt-walkers, jugglers, and
more.
• Characters participate in and are marketed for special events for
both adults and children, including corporate events, weddings,
pool parties, birthday parties, movie nights, and more.
• Current SCC team liaises directly with DreamWorks for approval
on all creative content we produce in-house.
• All auditions conducted in Manila and Eastern Europe for artists
for this project were handled internally by myself with our existing
Entertainment team assisting.

13. • Throughout 2012 and 2013, I have worked to bring classical music concerts to the Venetian Theater
under the direction of our Entertainment VP and Sands China President to promote the theater as a
center of culture - reflecting all types of music, performances, and entertainment.
• Collaborations with the Macau Orchestra to permanently produce a large portion of their annual
season of concerts in the Venetian Theater has begun late 2012, under my leadership, with future
concerts happening throughout 2014.
• Working with agents across Asia, the United States, and Europe, I am now working on bringing a
complete classical music series to the Venetian Theater beginning in late 2014, featuring some of the
best and brightest stars in the classical music world.
