4. The Business Model
v My model is simple, I only get paid if I get you bookings. There are no upfront costs just a 20% commission
on any bookings I create.
v One to one transacIon, you only deal with me ;)
v Capitalize on high daily returns
v The property manager is in charge of :
- PromoIng the unit;
- Handling reservaIons;
- Welcoming the Guest;
- Arranging viewing and collecIng payments; -
Property inspecIon, preservaIon, maintenance, repair and rehab;
- Paying monthly dues
v The owner will agree to provide the unit in good condiIon for a minimum of 3-month contract
v The property manager will take 20% of the monthly gross sales (flexible commission)
v Payments will be received by the property manager and remied to the owner on per booking, weekly or
monthly basis (owner’s opIon)
