RADIO AND TELEVISON EXPERIENCE
Production Assistant (4/16- 7/16) for the Ray Morgan Company at their headquarters in Chico,
Ca. I assisted with shooting and editing promotional videos for sales reps and other employees from
Ray Morgans' 22 branches. I shot with a Canon C100 camera, and edited using Adobe Premiere Pro
CC, with some After Effects and Adobe Audition. I was learning graphic design as well.
Radio Station Internship (Summer 2015) for Deer Creek Broadcasting, Chico, Ca- Stations:
KHSL, KMXI, KPAY. Updated each stations website, as well as added their new music to the
NexGen Digital program. Recorded my voice for lead-ins, and cut together voice over tracks with
Adobe Audition. Learned how to work in a professional office environment.
Completed Media Production classes at CSU, Chico
Field Video Production- Wrote, shot, and edited short films with Avid Media Composer and Adobe
Premiere. Worked in production groups and gained creative teamwork skills.
Digital Audio in Media- Used Zoom recorders to record audio for several projects, and then used
Protools to create the new audio soundtrack.
Media Production- Wrote and produced live multi-camera productions. Worked all the live
broadcasting positions, including directing, camera operator, and technical director. Learned how to
set up and take down for a production, including how to properly wrap a cable.
Photography and Digital Imaging, Intermediate Photography- Used DSLR's to capture pictures
for assignments. Used Photoshop to enhances images.
