This is a presentation I made for promoting an app using the concept of an existing app.

2. We understand that calculating payments for maintenance can be
little frustrating. Specially when it comes to the higher rates and you
have lot more work that needs your immediate attention.
Tired of looking at lengthy log books and job sheets and performing
calculations…??? Well you don’t have to cause we may have the right
solution for you..
In our Sales Force software, we are already using the similar features
you need…

3. In Sales Force we have following features which can be
tailored to your specific needs,
• Todays’ Schedule which we use
to plan current tasks in our
hand.
• The detailed listing indicates
what are the tasks we have
completed and what are still
pending by coloring tasks
number either Green (for
completed tasks) or Red (for
pending tasks).

4. Map feature, which can be
used as a routine planner for
the locations where we have
tasks in hand. Locations can
be easily added and alter as
the users’ need.
Statistics acts as progress
report feature by which the
user can easily evaluate the
status of the jobs in hand.

5. Once the user checks in for a job, the app records the
current location and takes the current time stamp creating
a perfect point to identify the time of services rendered.
Since the app collects the data and syncs with the server,
the back end user can monitor the movements, the time the
user was at the location easily.
Therefore the wondering days of where your teammates
really are will finally come to pass with the help of this
app...

6. Sales Force app also consists of many other useful
features which can be helpful in many ways. For
an example comment feature.
• The users can put comments regarding any facts
or issues they came through while doing
maintenance work and the admin user can see
those comments when the app syncs with the
server and take necessary actions without a
delay.
