Seasonal Services
Spring Start Up: System will be checked for leaks. Sprinkler heads will be adjusted if needed and checked for clogging
and wear. Clock settings will be checked and noted. If your clock requires a battery, the battery will be checked for a pos-
itive charge. When applicable, pumps and filtering devices will be checked over.
Mid-season Checkup: System clock settings will be adjusted, if needed, to accommodate the landscape’s requirements
during hotter/dryer summer months. Sprinkler heads will be checked for coverage pattern and even distribution of water.
Sprinklers will also be checked for clogging and wear. Heads will be adjusted if needed. Clock settings will be noted if
they are changed.
Winterization: Make sure water is shut off. System will be blown out with compressed air. Any minor adjustments will be
made to sprinkler heads. Clock/controller will be shut off. Any existing or potential problems that should be addressed in
the spring will be recorded.
Service Calls will be calculated according to our man-hour rate of $65. Our minimum charge for service calls is $50 with
the exception of winterizations. Please note taxes are not included in the above costs, with the exception of DP.
