GENERAL CHARACTER AND CONDUCTOF EXHIBITS
CONDUCT: Booths mustbe mannedduringall show hours.Buyersare on the flooruntil the lastminute of the
showand expectexhibitorstobe present.
DEMONSTRATIONS: Any demonstrationsmustbe performedwithinthe exhibitor’sspace soasnot to interfere
withaisle trafficflow. Samplingordemonstrationtablesmustbe placedaminimumof half METER fromthe aisle
line. Shouldattendeesinterfere withthe normal flow of trafficoroverflow intoneighboringexhibits,
Managementwill have noalternativebuttorequestthatpresentationsorsamplingsbe limitedordiscontinued.
All samplingsanddemonstrationsmustbe approvedbythe Badoboomofficial Concessionaire.
SOUND: Exhibitorsmustpolice theirownboothstobe sure the noise level frompresentationsiskepttoa
minimumanddoesnotinterfere withothers. Show Managementreservesthe righttodetermine atwhatpoint
soundconstitutesinterference withothersandmustbe limitedordiscontinued.
